Yoga and Physical Fitness

In tune with vision of the institution we as a college committed for the holistic development of the students as well as their health and well-being. The college has taken initiation to spread awareness about the fitness and stress management among the students. In this context, the institute has functional Yoga centre since 2016. Mr. D. G. Chaudhari, Assistant professor department of History was coordinator of Yoga centre from 2016 to 2019. Presently Mrs. Sunita Patil and Mrs. Kranti Kshirsagar are the coordinators of this Yoga and Physical fitness centre. The Yoga sessions are scheduled beyond regular teaching schedule. The Yoga session starts at 6 am and lasts up to 7am on a working day, while the physical practice sessions are open for the students every day in two session viz; 7 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 6 pm The students voluntarily participate in the Yoga and Physical fitness classes.
