MGSM’S Dadasaheb Dr. Suresh G. Patil College, Chopda has emerged as a flagship academic institution, imparting holistic education, with a balanced blend of curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular, extension and outreach activities so as to address the manifold resources of students and their diverse social context.

As the Principal, I am honoured to lead this esteemed institution, which has a rich legacy of academic excellence and holistic development.

At Dadasaheb Dr. Suresh G. Patil College, we believe in nurturing not only the intellect but also the character and values of our students. Our dedicated faculty members, who are both scholarly and enthusiastic, play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. They engage in active research, contribute to academic journals, and actively engaged in guiding students of doctoral programmes. Their commitment to teaching and learning is commendable.

Our college, established in 1969, is affiliated to the Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari University Jalgaon. We offer a diverse range of programs across four streams: Commerce,Management, Science, and Arts. Our lush green campus, spread over 34 acres, provides a conducive environment for learning, cultural activities, and personal growth.

All the stakeholders of the College – the General Body, Executive Council and functionaries, faculty members, non-teaching staff, students, parents, alumnae, retired staff and well-wishers – are deeply committed to uphold the values and ideals of this prestigious institution: the tradition of excellence, the culture of empowerment and nurturing a civilization of love, as envisaged by our visionary leaders, and as enshrined in the vision and mission statements.
