Introduction

The Department of Psychology is the oldest departments of A.S.C College. Department of psychology was established in 1969. At that time, Prof.C. K. Bachav was the Head of the Department.
The Department of Psychology is not only located at top floor of the Main Building but also has added many colourful shades to the academic enrichment of the ASC College. The department has a proud history of encouraging the students to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Therefore, the department is proud of its past students and past teachers who are contributing in various fields like academics, corporate, government etc.
The Department of psychology delivers Manasmitra Samuupadeshan Kendra and this Kendra to work on students which having various problems in day to day life and giving guidance to students.
The department of psychology motto “Change your thinking & change your life” which encourages the students.
